Sofie and I wrote “distance” during our first cowrite. While we planned, we started producing the beat. We chose the concept of distance then tweaked the beat to get the vibe right. In it, we talk about needing space, but also how alienating it is when physical or emotional distance causes tension in a relationship, and the consequences. While finishing the mix, we linked up in Manhattan to film/edit an awesome music video. Go check that out!
